My original purchase was the BE-350, and Customer Service allowed an upgrade to the BE-550 due to an outlet plug configuration issue. Both of these units are first-rate at what they are designed to do, preventing data loss due to mains power supply inconsistencies and interruptions. They have been an excellent investment for my business.

What is the operating voltage range? What is the max, and how long can the unit sustain it?
My building is supplied by CoN Edison and the voltage they deliver is sometimes 125v .
